Kathryn Brimblecombe-Fox lived for decades in the agricultural communities of Dalby and Goondiwindi in the south-east of Queensland. The feelings of desolaton and loneliness provoked by rural life have been gradually transformed in Kathryn's rich oil paintings into images that resonate with positive energy.
Kathryn has exhibited widely in Australia, London and the Middle East and she is forging an impressive reputation as a modern Australian landscape painter. She brings elements of both narrative and personal symbolism to highly original work.
